NATURE WALK

During stressful times, Hasara loves listening to music inspired by nature. This includes the sounds of rain, wind chimes, birds singing, and water flowing. She has often thought what it would be like to walk among these things as a part of it, thus inspiring this story.

Megumi is an artist who gains a lot of inspiration from nature. She illustrated the children’s book “Nature Walk” with all her love for nature by using delicate lines, shapes and colors. Loose edges and free form in her art work represent emotions and nature through children’s eyes. Also, her work is a little bit influenced by Japanese wood prints which use the space effectively. In Nature Walk, children will experience a world of light and colors of beautiful nature as they turn the pages.

Nature Walk is one of the works that Alek feels most satisfied with for book design. Alek has an endless inspiration for nature and animals. Going for a walk every morning looking at nature filled with light and breathing in the fresh air keeps Alek full of energy and brings back many wonderful creative ideas that we have seen through Vinapa's story books.
