What age range are Vinapa books for?

We see that all of our books are cherished, no matter what the age. But perfectly our books are matching and most focus on age range from 3 to 8 years olds.

Toddlers love the colours and the animals. 

Older kids love the suspense and interplay between the characters.

All of them love seeing themselves as the hero in their own book, even the adults who've received our "children's" books!

How can we add the message to the book?

you can add a message for your baby such as a wish, a nice saying, a love message...Awithin a 100 word limit and by English. If you would use other language, please send us your message, we will make your wish come true.

How many versions of stories are there?

There are 2 versions of each book: for boys and girls, with colors and characters we personalize for gender. Before placing an order, you need to choose the boy or girl version and write the kid's name along with a message for your baby. Vinapa team will personalize the storybook for your little angel.

Where are Vinapa's books printed?

Our books are printed in main locations around Europe (UK, Germany, Switzerland), the USA and Australia. 

Where your book is printed depends on where the book is being shipped to. This is to ensure maximum speed and minimum emissions in getting our books to the majority of our customers. 

All of the printers we work with are committed to sustainable printing methods and reducing paper waste as much as possible. We are continuously expanding our network of print partners to print locally in all target markets. 

My order hasn't arrived. What now?

We're very sorry to hear that. 

Please bear in mind that, depending where you are in the world, your order may take up to 14 days to arrive. If this time has elapsed, please get in touch with us and we'll set things in motion to make it right. 

Rest assured that we'll never leave you orderless, whatever the reason for your order not making it to your door.

How do I edit my order?

Once you've placed your order, you'll see an order confirmation screen. This displays all the details of your order and allows you to make changes before we send it to our printer for processing.

You have 10 hours to make any necessary changes, so please check the details as soon as you place your order. If you are sure that everything is fine, you can email us and request immediate processing of the order. After 10 hours, any changes to your order will not take effect. Of course, if you have trouble making any changes, you can of course always contact us and we will help you.

Can I return my order for a refund or exchange?

Because our books are individually printed, especially for young children, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

If there is an error in the book or your book arrives in less than perfect condition, contact us and we will fix it after receiving all the information provided by you including the actual photograph of the product that you receive.

Which payment methods does Vinapa accept?

Vinapa process payments via the most advanced and sophisticated payment gateway PayPal we also offer the option of paying via credit or debit card.

I didn't receive a confirmation. Where is my order?

Sadly, both Hotmail and Gmail appear to class our wonderful mails as junk/promotions, which is why you probably haven't received the confirmation email. 

If you could add us to your trusted contacts in your mail account then they'll know to trust us when we next arrive. 

If you have a Gmail or Hotmail account and still can't find any confirmation, drop us a line and we will be able to send you one through.

Can I use more than one voucher code per order?

Do you have more than one voucher code? Lucky you!

Unfortunately, our system only allows for one voucher code per order, so we recommend you choose the one with the biggest discount and use that one. If they both have the same discount value, the choice is yours.

Can I purchase multiple books in one order?

Yes, of course!

When you've finished configuring your first book of choice, follow the instructions until you get to your shopping cart. In your cart you will see the book you've just created. Beneath this is a button saying '+ Add another book', if you click on that, it will take you back to the products page where you can then create another book. You can repeat this step as many times as you like. Both books will be shipped in the same parcel to the shipping address of your choice.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

In very rare instances, the books sadly can get damaged in transit. This is extremely rare, but, if this happens to you, please get in touch with us, and we'll sort a replacement for you as quickly as we can.

Change after order

Once you've placed an order, your order will be editable for 10 hours, and you'll be able to make any adjustments you need. During this time you can make changes to your order by clicking 'edit' on the confirmation page. After this 10 hour period, your book will be printed. 

Officially, once the 10 hour 'grace period' is over, your order will already be on its way to being our Print House, so no more changes are possible.

However, if it's an emergency, please contact us and we'll do all we can to sort things so that your order arrives exactly as you were hoping.

Shipping

How long does it take to get my book?

Normally it takes from 4-6 days. It also depends on where we're sending the book to you
Once the books have been printed, it's all down to shipping and location. 
If you are lucky enough to live in one of these countries in Europe, we use overnight shipping carriers, so the book should be with you within 1-2 business days of receiving our dispatch emails. 
In the US, we offer standard and priority options.
If you are not lucky enough to live in one of those countries, you can see how long it takes based on Standard and Express delivery methods. 

The times given below are for total time from you ordering the book to you holding it in your hands. 

Our standard delivery times (including printing time):

  • Germany, Switzerland and United Kingdom: 4 to 7 business days
  • Austria and the rest of Europe: 7 to 14  business days
  • USA: 7 to 10  business days
  • Australia: 5 to 9  business days   
  • Rest of the World: 8 to 15  business days

Express delivery in Europe takes between 4 to 6 days. For Australia 4 to 8 days and for the rest of the world we can break speed records with DHL and deliver in 4-6 days from production. If you live further afield, it can take up to 9 days. 

All of the above times are estimates of business days and represent the best case scenario.

How much does shipping cost?

We aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for you. 

Shipping costs are clearly labeled when ordering the book. The shipping price shown is for an order of one book. 

If you add more than one book per order, the shipping for subsequent books is at a reduced rate. The total shipping cost for your order is shown on the cart summary page. 

The shipping cost shown is for our standard shipping. If you choose express shipping at check out, the additional cost will be displayed at the time you select it.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to any country in the world! If your country has a postal service, we can get a book to you. 

If your country doesn't have a postal service, er, get in touch and we'll try and sort something out for you.

Can I track my order?

If you use our standard shipping option, orders are not trackable. 

If you use our tracked or express delivery options, we will send you your tracking code when we dispatch your order.

Which carriers does Vinapa use?

We print our products in the UK, USA, Germany, Switzerland and Australia. If you live in one of those countries, you will receive your order from your nearest printer. We ship using national carriers in those countries.
